What happens if the recipient does not receive their card?
If the gift card does not arrive within the expected timeframe contact Customer Service for assistance. You will need the order number and the recipient's email address.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you ordered an eGift card, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. Be sure to check your SPAM, junk or promotional email folders….sometimes the delivery email may be filtered there.
Do Merchant eGift Cards expire or have any fees?
Most Merchant Cards do not have an expiration date or fees. However, since every Merchant is different, please refer to the specific terms and conditions found on each Merchant's page prior to purchasing their card.
Are there restrictions on purchasing Merchant eGift Cards?
Yes. The card value denominations are present for all of the Merchant cards, and the total purchase is limited to $500 per checkout.
Are Merchant eGift Cards refundable?
Once the Merchant eGift Card has been purchased, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive the eGift or accidently deletes it, ask the recipient to check SPAM folders, deleted email folders, or automatic filters. If the eGift card is not found, contact Customer Service for assistance.
How are Merchant eGift Cards delivered?
Your iChoice eGift Card recipient will receive an email with a link to redeem.iChoicegiftcards.com where the iChoice card is used to select specific Merchant eGift Cards. The Merchant eGift card link will allow the card to be printed or entered into a mobile wallet application for presentation at a Merchant location. In some cases, the merchant may specify that an eGift card must be used online. Please refer to redemption instructions on each Merchant's page for specific instructions.
How long do Merchant eGift Card deliveries take?
It can take up to 24 business hours from the time of purchase to review and send the order.
Where can Merchant eGift Cards be used?
Most Merchant eGift Cards can be used at the merchant's retail locations and online at the merchant's website. However, since every Merchant is different, please refer to their terms and conditions found on each merchant's page prior to purchasing their card.
Why was my eGift Card order canceled?
eGift Card orders are canceled for the following reasons:
- The information provided does not match the information on file at your bank
- Delivery address deemed undeliverable
Can my canceled order be reactivated?
No, once an order is canceled it cannot be reactivated.
Are there dollar limits on Merchant eGift Cards?
Yes, Merchant eGift Cards can be purchased in amounts ranging from $10 to $500, depending on the Merchant. Some Merchant eGift Cards only allow for set denominations such as $25, $50 and $100.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your junk, SPAM and promotional email folders. Verify the email address you provided at checkout is correct. If everything looks accurate and you still haven't received the confirmation email, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
What if I entered the wrong email address or phone number when sending the eGift Card?
Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible with the correct contact details so we can assist you promptly.
